Well, yes.

[ She still remembers Myrddin speaking of the dragons that laid dormant under Dinas Emrys, and how she begged for him to take her there to see it for herself. Out of concern for her safety, he couldn't, he said. ]

If that weren't the case, it would not be Arthur ap Uthyr sitting on that throne.

[ And... who knows what would have happened to the Pendraig house if that were the case. It's not something she cares to think about, only recalling tidbits of stories about how the "white dragon" tried to compromise with their enemies.

Still, his shift in his demeanor keeps her guarded, if not tenser before she slapped him. No doubt in her mind, if he is not a Briton, he lives fairly close by to them. All Gwenhwyfar can do is furrow her brow in distrust and confusion at his remark. And nearly grimacing as he refers to himself as "Big Brother". Gwenhwyfar is already iffy as it is whenever her half-sister refers to her as "big sister". ]

It's my mother's favorite flower. [ She huffs as if Merlin had insulted her mother to her face. ] It has nothing to do with any of that.

[ It's actually a very sweet gesture and even if Gwenhwyfar wants to be petty and slap his hand out of way to cause them to dramatically blow off in the wind, She mutters a "whatever" to herself, something that is so often muttered by a teenager, keeping it placed in one of her satchels tied around her waist.

There is a lot of weird things she carries and petals are hardly not one of them. She shoots a look back up to him, her grimace nearly forming into a pout. ]

No!

[ Yes. Yes, she was. ]

Why are you even bothering with someone like me?
