Nor does he make the slightest attempt to go anywhere else - if they are to exist within the same world, this will have to have happened sooner or later, and he sees no sense in delaying matters further.
It's only once Riku finishes making his way up to the rooftop that he moves, spreading his hands in one of his all-too-customary theatrical gestures. It does however, call attention to the fact that, for now, his own hands are similarly empty. His own blades - and the void he wields besides - are never far, of course. But for now, he is willing to offer that brief concession to diplomacy.]
I have little desire to bring about such a conflict yet again. Not when there is still so much to learn of this world.
