He answered with a nod. He wasn't sure how they'd test the integrity of a crystal structure, but maybe she had some ideas. It'd feel pretty crappy if he tried to kick a pillar, watched it snap, and begin wondering what the hell the crystals were made of.
"The pillars were off in that direction," He raised an arm to point. Then, he led the way.
"I thought about breakin' off pieces in case we ran into somebody, like maybe they could be traded for something... but I can throw a rock and hit about a hundred of 'em, so that was no go. Thing is, I can't shake how the crystals feel. They were warm when I touched some... really warm."
