He glances to the side, but whatever animal he’d just noticed has already scrambled out of sight, and the reflections that had been shining off slightly reflective skin and fur are gone again. But there’s this purple color everywhere, the crystals, where they woke up, and... some of them almost seem to form caverns? There’s not much else that he can see, though.
