The blue-haired woman's blush and general reaction says a lot, and Nanoha takes a step back, nodding. "If it helps, I don't think a lot of people are used to strangers being so, ah... forward."

The TSAB had its problems, but she's fairly sure that such things wouldn't occur there. They at least didn't when Nanoha was first brought aboard one of their vessels years ago.

"Nor do I think most entities like whatever this organization is would be doing that..." She smiles. That might be a little too much information, but she's not really in a position where her status as an interdimensional peacekeeper matters. She can't contact the TSAB, for one thing.
