She wouldn't have left him an anonymous package so she's sure he'll recognize the spritz of her perfume on the tissue so he'll actually dig around— fresh-baked pfefferneuse and a thermos of sipping chocolate, a thick-knit infinity scarf in maroon, a delicately-cushioned box containing a new pair of sunglasses (with that snapshot vision technology, or at least a rudimentary attempt at it, colors might be wonky and need tweaking), and a card. Inside is a brief message in a flowing script and gold pen:
