I mean he wouldn't quite get the purpose since zaShunina has a perfect internal clock but you do have a point in the whole "what do you even get a 40-D god alien" question. So while the gift itself wouldn't be understood, he can at least understand the psychological significance of someone giving a gift, and that much will be appreciated.
