Gawain gets a woad blue woolen scarf and matching set of gloves. When put against bare skin, the items are always slightly warm to the touch.
There's also a spell scroll with its contents and a "single-use only" disclaimer written down (minus the game mechanics, so just "in case of emergency drop, break glass", basically.)
