I can't tell if it's always been the case, but you're correct, it's acceptable now. The Moonblessed like us need to survive and the locals are eager to help because gathering Chroma helps their planet in return. From what I understand, better results are achieved from Moonlacing with other Moonblessed rather than with the Prismals since they can't produce Chroma like we do. [A little frown appears on her face - mark the day on the freaking calendar!] It would easier to help this place if we could understand its workings.
