She looks small enough that the wind might blow her over, and his memories are filled with awful stand users with abilities that range from the ability to turn someone into paper to the ability to completely blow someone up. None of those are battles he really wants to revisit or put someone through, but he probably could have shown her something more mundane. He just assumed she would be bored, though, watching a high-schooler go about his daily life. In any case, it does look like she's taken some offense, even if that was not his intention.
