[ While it may come off like a paradise to some, it just seemed like a wannabe Wakanda. There was too much on her mind right now to revel in the new technology. She'd been a little rowdy during the examination, not wanting to be touched by strangers - even if it was in a medical facility. It wasn't her medical facility and this wasn't home. Rolling her shoulders as she walks around, she doesn't go to the hub they've apparently set aside for her just yet - instead doing her best to get a feel for this place. On the upside, she at least knew she wasn't dead because the afterlife looked nothing like this.
Eventually, after using the tablet given to her to reach out to any familiar names to gather more information, she finds the Amphoria Pods. Standing in front of them for a long while, she seems to be having an internal debate about using them. Technology could do a lot - the potential was endless, but being able to relive a past memory in a VR setting with people she didn't know? Or even just returning home digitally for a moment, it was a dangerous game to play with one's feelings - especially when she didn't know where that information was going to be stored. She knew she would be blessed with the gift of being able to see her father again one day, when her time comes and she's ready to pass onto the next phase of her life.
So, she just stands - staring at the pods with a look of disapproval. Which would look more intimidating if she wasn't a 16 year old with her braids up in pigtails. Looks aren't everything. ]

It was okay, though. She'd seen weirder things on youtube. Items in hand, she takes a quick mental inventory and tucks the unlit sparklers into her bag before just staring blankly at the mooncake. Turning to the person nearest to her, she holds it out - her accent lilting lightly over her words. ]
Do you want my cake?
[ Shuri watches the Lucky Tail games with an amused glint in her eyes. It's not that she was thinking about ways to cheat, but rather how to improve the chances of the one who's blinded. Even a blind mouse has a chance to win. She's about 90% sure she could do it - either aspect of it. She talked people through directions before with much higher stakes than saying they pinned the tail on the holographic rat. If asked, she might be inclined to give it a go.
At some point during the festivities before fireworks, she might be overheard giving one of the poor Prismals a hard time. Forever suspicious, her brows narrow as she levels a gaze at them - not answering the question about her age. ]
What kind of a kick? Are you planning on drugging me?
[ She's going to say no eventually considering she's 16, but it's always good to ask. ]
» wildcard.
[ Hit me up with whatever - feel free to find her in a coffee shop or exploring. Or if she can find a lab to work out of, she wouldn't be mad about it. ]
