Tachibana is already ducking out of the way, shooting in a quick burst as he did so. He may not have the extra powers from Liminal, but all of the training with Kinji had still taught him a few new tricks that even at his most mundane, he could still use.

Especially since Isaka wouldn't at all expect misdirection, considering how utterly open, direct and without forethought Tachibana's normal fighting style was. But that sort of fighting simply hadn't been enough to even keep pace with the hyperactive ninja, forcing Tachibana to learn how to be calculating in his attacks, to maximize the strengths of his armors dexterity and flexibility. Especially when Isaka's moves were blunt, heavy and relied on brute force when he wasn't using his own projectiles.
