[ Fjord is having a moment. That's quite obvious, with that comment and the unfocused yet very focused look in those yellow eyes as he seems to take in every part of Caduceus' face. It makes the cleric's heart hop a little again in his chest, but even though the moment is loaded and full of possibilities, he has to be the one that pulls away, the one that shares the blanket and sits back.
He tries to ignore the blood rushing in his ears and making his cheeks pink as well, because right now Fjord's emotions is pristine sand at a beach, easily affected by him in any way he puts his footprints. Caduceus has been his guide in this spiritual awakening, and it's not strange to feel so close that it's touching on more. He's not in a position of power over Fjord as much as he's in a position of (perceived) gratitude, which could ignite things in the wrong way and could hurt their relationship. ]
