The Crow himself is still trying to wrap his mind around how the Noah was suddenly made latent within Walker, trying to puzzle it out even though there are so many other questions bombarding him at the same time. But he pushes those thoughts down for now, forcing himself to mentally prioritize and focus on what Allen is saying.
