[ The kiss is unexpected, and though it doesn't help the warm flush under Noctis' skin to abate at all, it does relax him in an entirely different way. Her words are the same kind of reassuring, but they don't feel half as real as that kiss on his cheek had, or the press of her fingers as she lifts their hands, palms pressed together. She's right, and she puts it way better than Noctis ever could have. This is what matters. Just being here with her, together. Way more than a future that may or may not happen.

Noctis huffs a quiet laugh, eyes dropping briefly to her slender hand pressed against his, really there, warm against his cooler fingertips, before he lifts his eyes again magnetically, up to meet hers again. ]

Yeah. Just being together. For better or worse.

[ And just as magnetically, leans in, brushing his lips against hers again, voice gone quiet. ]

For forever, or as long as you'll have me.

[ The costumes track, and as they kiss, there are the bells and doves on the screen, though Noctis isn't paying attention to notice them. It doesn't really matter at all, just like Luna said.

Although it kind of matters a little bit when the camera flashes and the whole booth lights up with it as the picture's taken, and the next moment, there are actual white petals falling like rain in the both, a bird fluttering its wings in Noctis' face as it attempts to escape the small area, and the stiffness of a pressed suit hemming Noctis in uncomfortably from every inch. He looks down at himself in horror. What happened to his normal, comfortable clothes?? Has this thing been VR or whatever the whole time? And then back up to Luna, and she's— Wow. ]
