[It's an incredibly Legosi-way of putting this whole situation into perspective, but...it's a warm familiarity too in a very strange place. It's not like they even understand their situations back home, still figuring thing how things work out in their own society that still doesn't know how to balance itself between predator and prey.

So she smiles a bit, thoughtfully, watching him as he surveys the menu in his usual quiet, contemplative way, sucking up the remaining balls of tapioca through her straw.]

I'd make a pretty terrible wolf, honestly... [she half-mumbles it, reveling in his shock.

But when he turns the question to himself, she thinks it over, sitting back with her chin in her hand, going over how he'd look as each. Legosi-kun with antlers, Legosi-kun with scales and a longer mouth.....Legosi with a giant beetle face complete with pinchers...

You're already pretty weird. [It's not like I'm attracted to him because he's a wolf. Maybe that's part of it, but--] You turning into a deer or an alligator might change how you are, but not who you are. So, yes. I'd still like you, no matter how you'd look. Because you'd still be you.

[She fiddles with her straw a bit, pulling it out of the top and then pushing it back in.]

I don't know about a bug though. That's kind of gross. What kind of insect would you want to be, anyway?
