I can imagine how important they'd become, especially if they're cheap to use, yeah.

And of course when you suddenly don't have access to them, it'd be a major subconscious pain. Like a dimensional anchor on my world.

There's major time costs involved with moving everywhere, but I don't think it's a bad thing. That doesn't mean I don't use my personal teleportation regularly, though.
