Akutagawa so feels this. He lost his parents ( we speculate during the war like so many orphans) and has lived outside while in the slums. His apartment almost looks as if no one lives there, because Akutagawa has this fear of losing everything too. He's slowly starting to settle in, by putting up one picture, but that's major for him.

Either way, I think it could be the foundation of a good friendship. They definitely can relate to each other. So I'm excited to give it a try.
