Louis is a Revenant, which is a vampire-adjacent race from a world where monsters are rampant, humans are endangered from predation, and there's a terrible food shortage—a drought of blood substitutes.

At first meeting he kind of looks like an edgy asshole, leaning against a wall with crossed arms as they are known to do, but his goodness shows through the moment he speaks. He's primarily a scholar, pouring all his research into finding a sustainable food source to save Revenants and humans alike, but also an extremely capable fighter (admittedly more of the glass cannon type).



Thanks to his government-mandated Tragic Backstory and philanthropic inclinations, he's physically incapable of turning away from those in need. Which might make it fun to throw him into Sanguis 🤔 I'm leaning to either that or Cordis, not sure yet!

Canon point will probably be late-game, so he's got his memories and motivations in proper order.
