IT'S TIME TO VISUALIZE!

We all have ways of visualizing our characters through themes, right? And so many RPers have pages or pinterest boards dedicated to these! But sometimes it can be hard to find those perfect images; we might need a little bit of help building them up or getting inspiration, or we might see something that makes us think of other characters on our own hunts or know just how to find that particularly obscure prompt.

THEMES: Angie has a lot of golds and creams and peach tones in her board and I really... probably don't need more of anything... but I would love more glam 80s outfit ideas that stay "soft"/pastel! I have some random things pinned I can run off of for other ideas, so if anyone wants to poke around for their own visuals, please feel free!

These are more visualosities though. I'm slowly working on an apartment layout for Eva and likely will do one for Mai.

THEMES: Eva is all about blues and purples, light or dark. I also like her in yellows and whites and even reds. I'm slowly amassing a Pinboard with good fashions for her but think business casual sorts of looks. During her moon phase she tends to wear backless things so her tentacles are accommodated for, like this.

Mai is all about dark reds, blacks and gold. More gothic fashions and layers where she can hide knives and other weaponry.

VISUALS LINKS: I don't understand Pinterest but scans from his canon that give an aesthetic idea are here, here and here.
THEMES: Vanitas' series is essentialy steampunk French vampires so... Chase that wherever it leads you.

As far as Vanitas himself goes his character color scheme is black, dark blue, and silver. As far as visuals go there's books, gears, rooftop views. If you're looking for something a little angstier and getting more into character backstory there's bandages, cracks, and religious imagery (specifically Catholicism).

THEMES: Dragons. Black and blue, with yellow accents. Tattoos, topknots, and archery. He has a troubled past, but it's 99% his own fault so he carries a lot of guilt with him. And sake. Always sake. ALSO SANGUIS WOLF AESTHETICS.

I'm also looking for CR visuals. I have a lot of jellyfish pinned, but always looking for more.

THEMES: Neon green colors, chrome and gunmetal grey. Imagery is healing surgical work, arcades, japanese ramen gardens and junk food, sakura trees, ninja aesthetics (hey its true), swords, and sci-fi heroes, cybernetic augments, plants, and foxes. Themes include free love sexuality, forgiving others and yourself, making peace with what you have been dealt, inner and outer harmony, helping others in large and small ways (the journey of a thousand starfish).

THEMES: Color themes: he'll wear black when they make a darker color. White hair, however, and will accept hints of dark blue, crimson, or deep purple. Image themes are birds of prey, panthers and black cats, monstrous nightmares, skull and bone motifs, and tattoos. He wears a lot of leather, corsets and odd accessories, stolen off of someone after he was first 'born'. His themes are realizing past mistakes, accepting both sides of yourself, sibling rivalry, pride, and a need for vengeance. Probably urban witch fits him as well.

THEMES: I haven't done visual posts before but I always wanted to, so I'm a n00b at this! Colour schemes: her primary colour is green, and secondary is red and gold. Basically anything calming feeling because her general themes she's associated with is nature and water, so like, beachs and rivers and stuff. Her symbol is the pink lotus (but she says officially red lotus WHICH DOESN'T EXIST). Army captain mode is like dark colours, deep reds.

I'm also up for doing the CR visuals too! Bear with me as I'm like ?!?!? but also I'm at work. Shhhh.

THEMES: Yoshimitsu's overarching theme is this mechanized ninja motif but in Soul Calibur VI, he has a strong "kabuki" theme about him. He even does the classic "mie" pose that actors use to freeze the scene. Mainly when it comes down to Yoshimitsu, I'm constantly looking for various swords (katana & wakizashi), traditional Japanese clothing and lot's of shots of Japan's natural beauty. Since his PB is Tont Thornburg, I do have some images of how I think Yoshimitsu would look along with a nod to his Ainu heritage. Also, expect to see about a few Noh themed masks.

Looking for photos that best that fit Yoshimitsu, along with fashion and general aesthetics. His moonblessing look features Yoshimitsu with black fox ears and nine black tails.

THEMES: His colors are greens and blacks. Even more if it's green light. He uses a lot of themes of nature, white deer (or halla, if possible), arrows, make up, dragons, being in charge and feeling overwhelmed about it, being purposely frivolous to hide emotions, being closed off emotionally but still flirting, a lot of gay sex and bdsm, looking good and kicking ass. He also lost an arm and could probably use more visuals for that too.

THEMES: Loving someone so much you're willing to betray your deeply held beliefs to protect them, survivor's guilt, wanting to save someone from a horrific past, wanting to fight for the people you love, survivor's guilt, fighting darkness/evil, being kind of dumb, anything holy grail related probably, cooking! (more specifically cooking Japanese food), missing a parent and wanting them to be proud of who you are while also being like 98% sure they wouldn't be, survivor's guilt, being that stupid teenager you know your future self is going to hate, being reckless not smart, sacrificing yourself for others but in that unhealthy way, japanese high school, traditional japanese houses, survivors guilt, being haunted by the past, fire, like a lot of fire, wanting to be a good big brother, being good at fixing things, being a doormat, "strengthing" others with your powers, endurance, magic but like only when you kind of suck at it?, archery, regret, japanese festivals, sakura petals, being super into your gf, survivors guilt, and, uh, survivors guilt.
