He's one of the Five Oddballs (or Eccentrics, we love and respect them in this house no matter what they're called) of Yumenosaki and he's...well, he's certainly earned the name, between his overly dramatic behavior and his tendency to speak via ventriloquism when he's feeling overwhelmed.
