He doesn't reach out for Fenris's hand, and in fact he doesn't move much at all until his hand is settled -- his eyes flicker over the tattoos on his skin and he has the desire to touch them (but manages, just barely, to restrain himself from tracing them) and he uses his other hand to carefully turn his wrist, placing it wrist up.
"Well," he takes the thumb and forefinger of one hand and places them on either side of the web of Fenris's thumb and forefinger in return, so he's carefully over an acupressure point, "That depends on who you ask. Lot of people tell you that there's spots on the body that have to do with energy flow, that kind of thing, that keep pain in the body -- other people think it's some sort of nerve thing. But..." He applies light pressure on the spot at first, and if Fenris doesn't seem like he's in pain, it steadily becomes more firm until he can hold it steadily, "You keep hold of this spot for a while, and headaches let up."
