[OOC: Taking her right at the ending, beware of possible spoilers!]

Lisa Franks LSD Fun House

The reaction most people have to suddenly waking up on a new world would probably not be "oh great, not again". But while exactly this hasn't happened to Kairi before, she's all too familiar with being dragged off to places with no say so in the matter.

Familiar with it, but still no exactly happy about it.

She takes in a deep breath, looks around herself, seeing all the crystals and strangeness. This isn't a place she recognizes. Once again she breathes in deep, trying to steady herself...

And then, with a cry of frustration, summons up a flowery-looking giant key and proceeds to ineffectually whack at a nearby crystal with it, because she needs to hit something right now.

She just wanted a drink.

Kneeling down at the edge of the pool, Kairi stares down at it. At the sight in it. Herself. Lying unconscious, lifeless even, in the middle of a red badlands area.

Her boys, her Other, Lea, that girl Xion, even Roxas, are all desperately trying to wake her, but to no avail.

She stares at the scene in front of her, eyes widening, tears in them...

And breaks down sobbing at the edge of the pool.

"Well, hope you weren't expecting gourmet cooking."

She turns around to look at the person behind her, a wry smile on her face, and holds up the back. There's powder on her hands and around her lips, because frankly at this point, what does she have to lose?

Fortunately, the gamble she took in trying the stuff out does seem to have paid off.

"It did fill me up, weirdly enough. Go ahead and try it yourself... it looks like it's the best we've got."

Though mildly irritated at being poked and prodded, Kairi elects to go along with the newcomers after being assured that they aren't the ones responsible for her showing up here. She's seen weirder things than them, so she doesn't have much problem just sitting and talking to them, answering their questions as best she can and posing her own as she thinks of them. The drink is very nice, as is the information they have, and she's left to digest both as she makes her way to where she's going to be sleeping for the trip.

While she absently wonders what the strange smell in the air is, she looks around to see if she can spot her roommate. Maybe she'll be ridiculously lucky and see someone she knows!
