After his already...unfortunate encounters with the people here, another elf - Dalish, by the look of him - somehow isn't what he expects. Yet even so, there's a brief feeling of relief at seeing something familiar in such a strange place.

It's fleeting, however, once he hears the answer. Fenris stares hard at the other elf for a long moment, feeling his insides turn to ice. They're being held to be transported elsewhere. Held against their will, by strange, foreign people.

As the haziness clears a little more from his mind and vision, he takes in the rest of their surroundings. For the moment, they're the only two people in this particular compartment, but the presence of several crammed bunks seems to confirm his fears more than anything. Captives awaiting transportation.

His jaw clenches tightly, eyes narrowing as he hisses out a string of curses in Tevene.

"Slavers," he spits, pushing to his feet. Yet whatever they had done to him still hasn't quite worn off, and he wobbles for a moment, leaning heavily against the wall. His breath comes a little more quickly, adrenaline building in his veins.

Fenris looks back at his current companion. "We have to get out of here. Now."
