Oh, something they do have in common, then; they both love the information (stories) humanity creates.

It's a bit more complicated than that, but "created the universe" is the extremely simplified explanation.

I'm already excited for this. Are you going to post on the TDM?

that's good because one of merlin's reason for even wanting to live is to see how humanity creates their end. he wants to see what the last human's dream possibly is. he's into that so they could have long deep conversations on their opinions with the shape of humanity, ugh a good cup of ale on the side.

but that's what i like, so he has to explain it to merlin when he feels comfortable enough "why" i think them just sharing intricate stuff like that is very neat

You know, even though we nebulously "plan" this stuff, it's actually very difficult for me to predict how any of zaShunina's CR will go ahead of time, because he's extremely alien in mindset and has nothing even remotely resembling a human moral code. When I say 'cthuloid alien,' I mean it in the sense that his true nature is literally impossible to grasp or comprehend, because it functions on rules and concepts that don't exist within our universe's laws of physics. Likewise, the ones that do exist within our universe are similarly difficult for him to grasp, and trying to communicate with mankind when they have such disparate perspectives (and nowhere near enough words to translate his concepts) is one of his frequent frustrations.

But no matter how it turns out, I am excited to see where it goes. I'll absolutely hit you up on the TDM.

you're right but you didn't have to say it!!! but isn't that the joy of it because we say stuff now and watch something spectacular come of them that we didn't see coming and that's honestly the spice of life. it's neat because merlin believes himself to be a monster and he doesn't understand the concept of human emotions because he only feeds off them to even get a personality so some things don't make sense to him either but the fact that zaShunina's rules are outside of what looks to be the norm in this world will give merlin so much to think about. he teaches merlin the ideology of how he sees things and zaShunina can learn what merlin gains from all his dream consumption if that happens
