Character Name: 2B Canon: NieR: Automata Info:major spoilers within Moonblessing: Iris! She'll be turning into a black swan. Maybe something a little like this. Desired CR: Fight buddies. Friend buddies. Soldier buddies. Fishing buddies. Quiet buddies. She'll definitely need someone who can chatter at her since she's so taciturn, although the idea of two stoic people just "..."ing at each other is funny, too. I've been fairly slow lately, so pretty much getting to know anyone would be great. Future Plans: So... I've put some thought into it and I'd like to eventually move 2B towards removing the stick permanently lodged up her ass learning how to chill out and relax for once in her life. Her entire life has revolved around serving in the android army and fighting against the machine lifeforms, and YoRHa androids in particular are discouraged from emulating humanity. She's also got [MAJOR SPOILER THINGS] that weigh pretty heavily on her. It would take a lot of time (and probably a canon update, since she's only route A right now), but I'd like her to start realizing that she can't spend her entire life in service to others, that at some point she needs to start living for herself, too. Other:
FIGHT BUDDIES!! Penny and 2B need to meet and spar. Having someone to spar against that has more combat experience would be a good thing! Penny's got a good grasp of her own abilities, but she needs to see what others can do so she can adapt.
Otherwise she would totally chatter at 2B and try to help her live for herself, especially since Penny herself is trying to learn that lesson while being here. She's spent so long trying to emulate being human because of not being allowed to reveal her secret, that it's hard to adapt to being herself. So they could potentially help each other that way!
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT! Honestly, I'm so glad sparring counts for moonlacing since there's a questline that talks about how YoRHa androids derive excitement/pleasure from combat. I love handholding and being soft, but fighting is the good shit.
And yes! I stopped after finishing route B because I needed a small break (mostly to do tags... and catch up on mobile games a little... shhh) but I'll be back on it soon to go for C and D!
I'm like trying to collect every robot CR for Sofia here, lol. I don't know how well they'd really mesh, they're both on the quiet side of things. But Sofia is both a robotic being and a soldier though she won't really use the latter word much, thinking of herself as more of an academic who just happened to have gone to war.
Sofia's not gonna be a good influence in helping 2B learn to have fun, but I suppose they can relate with each other at least?
