Hello, everyone! It's that time of the month again! Not the bleed-y kind but the fun kind! Please insert form A below into tab B also below and await for CR to be dispensed.
▶ IVAN Contact:bondrewd Timezone & Availability: EST. I've been very busy with holiday retail work for a while but I'll be more free come January. All the same, I tend to do tags late into the night or early in the morning.
Character Name: Giyuu Tomioka Canon: Kimetsu no Yaiba Info: Here's his perms page and a wiki link. Quick rundown of Giyuu - your cliche emo sword boy but instead of being universally loved in-universe for some reason, he's pretty much disliked by all. Even himself! While not actively suicidal, he carries a lot of guilt for living where others have perished. Somewhat amended by his canon point, but that's the gist of it. Also, he kills demons for a living. He's very good at his job. Moonblessing: Sanguis! Run of the mill wolfboy with a much more emotive tail than he would like. I'd like to have him go full werewolf at some point but that's something I'd like to save for threads with developed CR. Desired CR: Giyuu would like friends! Despite what you may think upon first glance, he truly wants to be on good terms with others, especially those that he has to deal with often. While that may be a very short list of people (person, it's just one short person he deals with daily), I can very easily finagle a situation in which he'll be forced to interact with your character often. This includes...
Training a tsuguko. Basically translates to successor; as a hashira in his world, he's the pinnacle of his sword style and has long desired someone to take his place so he can just up and die freely. (He's gotten over this to an extent at his canon point but I'd still like to have a go at it!) If your character is younger, capable and willing to learn how to breathe funny and kill demons, by all means let's have a try at it.
Giyuu's made one whole friend here that's only semi-human, I would like for him to get to know more. If your character's any kind of monster/demon, he'll be on edge, but won't go for the kill immediately (especially since he lacks his demon-slaying blade™). If you push his buttons though, I can't guarantee your character's safety! Negative CR is welcome but I don't think he'll be much to interact with after a certain point.
I'd like to develop his transformations some more since that's something entirely new to him and that means he'll be a little less constipated when it comes to that. As mentioned above, it ranges from being just anime wolfboy like any other to full on werewolf but I haven't had the opportunity (or CR) to really write it in depth yet. I'd very much like to try! Even if just once.
Future Plans: Beyond the above, nothing really comes to mind! Giyuu's not much of an active player in the sense that he'll go out and do things...his whole schtick is being passive. That said, he does lack his sword and I plan on getting it back through various acts of public service, so maybe an open log soon will revolve around that?
