but caihong shenanigans work for me, actually. the maze prompt or just general lingering around caihong to eat mooncakes and have drinks are all good! same with just bumping into each other; six tends to haunt the shadier areas in level 3, sometimes level 4. he's from a clan of assassins so old habits die hard LMAO. maybe rokurou can stumble upon him when he's about to fight a group of thugs and hear one of them call him a monster and that triggers him idk.
he's got roomies already unfortunately but. we could always just. combine these too: set it during remooning festival, around caihong, they fight a few thugs, and eat mooncakes?!
Rokurou tends to stay around those areas too, so that works out perfectly! He's ... also from a clan of hitmen/assassins ... but they're all dead now, so it's cool it's fine.
I'm half picturing that they get into their own fights with thugs and end up backing into each other in the same alleyway ala scooby doo, either side swarmed with opposing gang members. Unexpected team-up time? How's that for a meetcute?

NO ............ it's kind of Rokurou's fault the clan got crushed and then he killed his own older brother, the only other one left LMAO. Except he's on the total opposite end and doesn't ... care ... at all that he did that KLDJSKLJHG.
