The argument could be made that he doesn't take note of many to bother remembering such things yet this one isn't ringing any bells. The way she reacts is on par with that of others from their world on first glance; that dismay that normally comes from those who know before things even start that they're going to lose the fight (or so Zenos assumes). It's just that the words don't seem to match the usual dismay that comes from the ones not worth lifting a blade for.
