It is of use, and it works well enough for its intended purpose. Using our abilities drains out life force anyway, so it would not be beneficial for me to have activate more than it does.

... Besides, knowing the future in general is not necessarily very useful. Just because you know it doesn't mean you can change it.

[Sure, it has helped in some concrete situations, like predicting army movements, or knowing when it was essential that a person be saved. but Moan has never been able to prevent anything from his visions, and mostly, he doesn't necessarily believe that he should.

And as he has mentioned, he rarely gets to see happy moments. And he has to carry the burden of the knowledge mostly alone.]


People think they want to know their future, Lord Runyu, but the truth is, they don't. And they shouldn't.
