THE RULES
1: Post a top level in which your character shares something they've never done, starting with the phrase "Never have I ever..."
2: Check out what other people put up. If your character HAS done it, they have to take off a piece of clothing!
3: Generally keep track of how much your character is wearing as you go down the page.
4: If you're out of clothes, you may instead opt to perform a forfeit, determined by the person who got you! There are beds and a variety of toys over there in the corner, if you need them.
4.5: If you offer someone a forfeit and they don't want to do it because it's Not Their Kink, please respect that and either drop the thread or suggest something else.
5: You can cheer people on who are stripping in other threads or flirt with them or just express surprise that someone has/hasn't done the thing. Don't be afraid about jumping in on someone else's thread!
6: Just generally have a good and sexy time!

Aphrodite? If you're talking about the goddess...well, from the myths I've read, she doesn't exactly sound like the kind of person I'd want to be my designated driver.

Are you sure she wasn't trying to set you up? She has quite the reputation as a determined matchmaker.

She's made it pretty clear she doesn't like Hades or me very much so...I don't think she was trying to do either of us a favor. Not to mention Hades is with someone else.

[ Hera, on the other hand, has certainly been doing what she can to push the two of them together. ]

It was taken care of. Hades wasn't particularly happy about having his privacy violated like that and he has some power as King of the Underworld.

But his girlfriend really doesn't like me even though there's nothing going on.

Even if the story gets shut down, the damage can be done. It takes a lot to debunk a false rumor, especially when people take it personally.

Yeah... My classmates are actually frightened of me now that they know I have some ties to the King of the Underworld.

They all seem to think he's some kind of monster.

Mm...Hades does have quite the bad reputation, among those who only think of him as the ruler of the Underworld. From my readings, though, he actually seems like one of the most level headed of the Greek deities. The only stories I've read of him delivering harsh punishments were about people who quite frankly deserved it.

It's a shame how readily people tend to accept such superficial assumptions at face value, isn't it?

It is. If they got to know him they'd know that despite his intimidating appearance he's actually just a big softie that has seven adorable dogs.

Seven? I'd only heard of Cerberus.

That is one of his dogs. He's such a smart boy and is very protective.

I guess that answers the question of whether Cerberus counts as one dog or three.

Most of the time he only has one head and is only a little bigger than me. [ And she's not very tall to begin with. ] He only changes if he needs to be threatening.

I guess it makes sense that he can take a more mundane looking form. A lot of creatures from Greek myth have some sort of shapeshifting...is that true of Orthrus as well?

Orthrus? I'm not familiar with that name.

The two-headed dog of Geryon. According to the myths I've read, he was Cerberus' brother.

Maybe? Hades said all his dogs were strays or adopted from a shelter. But I've talked to some others and sometimes the things they know from their world about us is different.

Like, I've had some people call me Hades' wife and say he kidnapped me. Or that Zeus is my father.

Are you Persephone? That's the myth I've read...though, tellings are split between whether or not you deliberately went along with it.

Of course, that in and of itself illustrates how unreliable they are. The stories are so old, and have been told by so many different people, that I'd be more willing to believe major details have changed than that they've survived intact.

There is that. Though it seems that in some worlds we don't exist or we did but no longer do.
