Malcolm will be SO weirded out, especially because he definitely would know who Bill Masters and Virginia Johnson are, if that's cool with you. He'll be like, how did I never realize that my father is basically Bill Masters's twin?

I figure any psychology major definitely knows about Masters & Johnson, so it's probably not much of a stretch. He'll know about their work, maybe not so much about their personal lives.
