She's likely too young for anything beyond platonic nonsense, but Ami is (ironically) kind of a socially, awkward bookish nerd who dreams of becoming a doctor, so I feel like they could, at the very least, become friends based on that. She's also generally good at listening and tends to default to (sometimes aggressively) mom friending at people, so there's that.
I also have Pidge, who is a salty little tech gremlin, and more likely to be found loitering around his garage and making a general nuisance of herself. c:
Sounds like a good opening for both of them attempting to mentor/adopt the other, which should be fun. (He's. Awful at self care. But will very much advocate for others to take care of themselves, of course.) They can also compare transform devices and poses. Because the pose is important.
And Pidge is completely welcome to putter and prod at his garage! His last game he was very good friends with Shiro and also knew her brother that I am utterly blanking on the name of because everything I know of this show is through RP, so there could also be some poking there.
But yes, that sounds good! Ami's pretty quiet with the exception of during the Sanguis moon when she's a lot more outgoing and assertive or when she's trying to momfriend at someone she thinks isn't taking care of themselves. She might also be more willing to spill her secret identity since she's in a place where keeping it secret isn't quite so life-and-death.
Pidge will absolutely make a snoopy little menace of herself. And he's welcome to mistake her for Matt (because they look amusingly similar and she's probably not going to correct him at first if he does).
Actually, would Ami want to see him go from transformed to normal to get a bit of a ! start? Since this guy has never really had to hide his identity which is good because he is absolute fail at hiding anything he's pretty open about it, and he recently had a super over dramatic fight in the quarry that would very easily be spottable.
..and it now makes sense I couldn't remember his name, I know too many Matts already :D And I tend to stick an open "Tachibana can be found at the junkyard and/or garage" whenever I do open logs with this guy so feel free to invade one of those.
