Of course, if he let her know that he wants to be able to fly and fire out ki blasts she can probably start trying to teach him. Learning abilities from other canons if they're something that can be taught is totally allowed in the game and Ki control is kinda explicitly mentioned as something anyone could learn in Dragon Ball. So we could also try doing something with that too eventually.
S'COOL! Oh man. That'd be so cool to do! And if Videl wanted to, he could teach her the concept behind Limit Breaking so she can unlock unique abilities of her own. But yes. We're gonna catch up and play more stuff.
That'd be pretty neat, and it's totally something that she'd be into. In Duplicity Lyse actually taught her how to do Final Heaven (not that she got to keep that in the CR AU), so she'd totally be up for learning something similar again.
