Louis is the only Beastars Perse hasn't met yet. This should change.

awww she's cute gosh we'll have to find a way to get them to meet

louis spends his time in parts of town that are not nice because of how he does things right now

but he also sometimes just stops by the gardens (not to say anything, just peek in and make sure things are okay and cool w/haru) like he doesn't linger long but he's there
