[Ravus has seen people try to spear the fish before. In that old-fashioned, wild way, boasting and bragging how "natural" it felt. He's also seen them try to catch them bare-handed; again, more for the play and thrill, with no actual expectation of catching anything.
But this is the first time he's seen someone trying to shoot it. And with an arrow no less. A gun would be one thing, odd to catch the fish with, but not impossible. Arrows should work too- in theory.
