It isn't about Takao, which means he will be focusing in on the enhanced metabolism instead of the rapid depletion of his chroma. He's had him back less than a day, that's a line they're not breaking unless one of them is in trouble, like with Takao's little freezing problem.

"You don't have enough money to afford dinner yet, so who is letting who starve?"
