It's absolutely true that he missed Takao, and he's never going to admit it. Though the information is probably possible by speaking to Weiss, but Midorima definitely isn't going to share that tidbit.

and there it is. Midorima shoves his arm over his head and stands up so he can't reach around to do it again. He has half a mind to pin him to the walls and tell him not to mess with him during Cordis if he didn't want to deal with the consequences, but Takao being Takao saves him from Midorima letting any Cordis instincts take over. The thought still flashes through his mind, which is even more embarrassing, and his ears turn bright red before he huffs and allows the "tsun" mode to take over.
