Sputtering again, he can not believe he did this to himself, he just holds his stomach and lets out the amusement. Oh god, his sides hurt he is laughing too hard, and finally, he just waves his hand in Midorima's general direction as he figures it's easier to go along than argue. He is the one who started it.

Besides, Midorima probably does have some veto power; he's not going to date or live with someone the guy hates. Though, if he reasoned, he'd realize how much he may be limiting his options because who does Midorima really like? For now, he just finds it too damn funny to stand.
