In reality at least, Midorima likes more people than he lets on. Though if Takao brings anyone over who greets him above an inside voice he's going to deny them before they even make it through the door.

Or anyone at all because Takao is his partner and it's better if he just focuses on being his partner. Midorima is really bad at sharing, which is why one of the rules he has with Kise and Weiss is that they don't share about their other partners. They can be with whoever they want, but Midorima doesn't have to hear about it. Takao spends more time with him than his girlfriend and boyfriend do so it makes sense that he should have a say in it. Maybe. Possibly. Probably not, but Midorima has already declared it.

Well, this can be renegotiated later, unlike the rickshaw.
