Midorima certainly isn't complaining about the results on Kuroko's end. It's up to he and Takao now to get the rest of what Midorima wants.

"This place seems to bring people from our world in groups. Keep an eye out for others in the next couple months. When I first arrived, it was alone. The month after, Akashi, Kise, Mayuzumi, Murasakibara, Himuro, and yourself arrived. I only came looking to find you because I found Takao."

Though he doubts Kuroko remembers that. People tend to not remember their previous appearances, and Kuroko was only here very briefly back then. But overall, it's not like Midorima checks in with the welcoming center every month. He's got better things to do.
