SKIP THE INTROS/HANDWAVE MEME

How it works?

2. Comment a general meeting of your character met theirs, and figure out baseline feelings. Or really, whatever you want to handwave.

Sometimes having characters have to go through the whole meet-and-greet with one another can be kind of annoying and boring. Or sometimes, you want your characters to interact with someone but tagging out isn't quite working. So, this is cutting past characters having to introduce themselves! Your characters know now one another, and can just set forth to getting to that sweet-sweet CR that you're actually looking forward to having.

I have an ex-serial killer that very much wants to make friends with people. He could have met Jill honestly anywhere and had a very awkward conversation with her -- something that seems like it would have come from a movie/TV series versus an actual conversation that a real person would have with someone else, as he's trying to make a friendly first meeting.

I'm not familiar with most things outside of shitty horror/action movies and FPS video games, but I love learning about canons through RP! Obviously if the character doesn't show any signs of being a murderer or anything Jill likely wouldn't notice so I'm definitely okay with that or it potentially going negative if that's your goal in the future!

Jill tends to eat out a lot and she takes runs around the city early in the morning, but she could just as easily be doing it during the day and literally run into him? Otherwise anything involving lifting, training, or hell they could reach for the same melon in a store. :')

Wonderful! He does not show any of those signs, because he didn't actually want to become a serial killer. That'd be uncovered after level 20 friendship to unlock his sad backstory. (laughs) So! I will say it depends on if Jill will become negative upon knowing that he did big murders without really wanting to!

Literally run into him! At the very least, he's a friendly weirdo that she's met and if she ends up giving him his number, he will send very weird 2am conversations 'cause he doesn't have a normal sleeping schedule.

Then that works for me! I literally had CR in Empatheias where Jill didn't realize the guy was a villain for the entire four years or so he was there (she just thought he was lame and a dweeb), so I absolutely have no issue with it going smooth long-term, either. If they become friends for a while I think she'd have mixed feelings but would ultimately be forgiving about it. She's a little biased toward people she likes.

ALRIGHT I'm down with this. Jill's the type that doesn't sleep much, so she'd very much welcome them at 2 AM. It'll stop her from being bored. I can def have her hit up a contact post or you can hit up mine? Or if you have something else up!
