I'm more interested in the behavioral changes, which consist of being thirstier than usual, getting conflicted over feelings of VIOLENCE (particularly when she can't even throw a punch and the only outlet she has for violence is her killer Octopus suit), and possibly get possessive eventually over CR.
Desired CR: As always, I'm down for just about any CR, if anyone wants a hot ass mess of a former soldier/mercenary type who still struggles with PTSD and trying her best to be a better person than she was in the past (even if she will definitely make mistakes along the way). She's a pretty good little sister type, if anyone needs one of those! BUT as for certain types of CR I'm looking for:

As far as older age limit, she’d probably honestly bone anyone up to like… 50 (and obvious any ageless types don't fall under that, unless they look younger than 18), but she’ll likely prefer the 20-45ish range. In the wake of Tempeste making his magical power problems worse, he'll be actually having an easier time this month once his new dusklight kicks in with the pain tolerance. He will think his problems are solved because he got over his awful experiences in Dimension X but he will be WRONG and in fact will be hitting some exalted Iris personality traits (like impulsiveness and obsessiveness) even outside the moons because of those problems... sometime soon. What he will do with these I do not yet know. We'll see where the wind takes us! Opportunity is out there!!

That said, he also has emotional effects such as a lack of impulse control and weird possessiveness and he's kind of a clingy shitshow; he hates the emotional effects far more than he does the physical, which are pretty much just him living his best life. He's also gotten ahold of Dusklight Bracelets, so he's got the dark translucent skin in places and also multiple bioluminescent hearts on a permanent basis.
Desired CR: He isn't really big on genuine friendships and that is not likely to happen, just to be straightforward, but he's capable of being superficially decent to people at least; he also is always here for people he can work with (he works at the Lunar Scientia. nobody likes that), people who are relatively easily manipulated, or even just people to yell at on the network because he's sort of a fountain of unpopular opinions and occasionally he likes to start shit just to see what happens. She sounds like she miiiiight get along with Wrathion? His tl;dr is he's a dragon whose entire family were a complete disaster of 'went mad, tried to destroy world' scale and his whole life has been a hyper intense cycle of trying to take back control of his future, killing his family, trying to convince people he's a good guy then running off the deep end and making mistakes anyway. Doing lots of speeches about 'mortals' and 'the cost of peace' then hiding for a few years because messing with timelines is dangerous it turns out. He's very intense all the time, nothing can be done without high drama, but he fully intends to support the greater good. He's not used to having friends because people have Black Dragon Issues and has a lot of defensive bravado. He might have worked through some of the lessons she needs to learn already, so!

Desired CR: It's a cop-out answer, but *everything*. Some of his most interesting CR has come from places I never would have expected. By default he gets along well with sciency folks and those with ambiguous moralities.
Future Plans: I don't really have any concrete plans for the immediate future, but thanks to the recent power-stripping during the last event, he now has his memories from canon back (it's a long story), so I'm pretty much just going with the flow and seeing where that goes. Oh, and the person he loves just disappeared from Prismatica, so he's a bit on the depressed side.
