He’ll just have to make sure he is prepared with treats at all times.

Doing this better than Korra already since she doesn't always have treats with her (thanks canon...) ...but also weirdly Korra lets him have some time with the dog sometimes because feelings are complicated and she was so totally ready to run into Tarrlok here or anywhere anytime of any day, really.

Yeah that’s fair. I mean. Does anyone even know he and Amon are dead as of S3. Or ever. I don’t know if it came up in a thing that I missed or not.

.... you know, I've probably headcanoned it somewhere like they know but I may have been doing that wrong... since come to think of it nothing says they know. We could play it with the she has no idea what happened to them in the end way, I'm good with anything really.

I feel like much like "Jet's" death in the Ember Island Players episode of ATLA... you know, it's kind of unclear? I don't know, maybe Tarrlok left a note or something since nobody really worries about Amon showing up again in any of the later seasons. It might be kind of fun to add to the initial confusion if she has no idea what the fuck.

remember when they spent like all of the back half of book three being really euphemistic about the earth queen's obvious on-screen death and never actually dropping the words "die" or "killed"

Ha, I've been actually rewatching the canon again so that's all very clearly in my memory. Though I did this in a weird way; first book 3 until her canon point, then books 1 and 2 ( I actually enjoyed watching them with no salt this time, maybe I should thank Turf Wars or years for that! ) and now I may watch the rest of 3 or the whole book before app writing.

But yeaaaaaaah, hello to all those times where stuff like those happened. P'li's way to go was like... super confusing to me at first i think, had to watch it more than once to even realize what happened with their way of showing it, wow.

There are a few minor things I am salty about with regard to S2 in particular while rewatching the whole thing (which I haven’t been able to do in a while because I’ve been super busy but I am on like episode 5 of book 2) but I do feel like it’s more interesting in retrospect. At the very least Unalaq is way more fun when you know he never met a back he wouldn’t stab. Gotta admire that commitment.

...and I mean most of what I am salty about is the extremely petty “WHY DID EVERYONE APPARENTLY FORGET ABOUT MY TWO FAVES FROM BOOK ONE” so you know. The sort of salt that only comes from being too invested in some shitty midboss who dies at the end of the first season.

AND RIGHT, I think they had to make it obtuse just because it was that fucking grody. Jesus Christ Su Yin.
