Robert is the tough daddy. Knife Daddy Whiskey drinking rock and roll music loving Daddy.
He's the oldest of the dads on the block. He has a grown ass daughter who is a lesbian bad ass.
His wife is dead and has been for a while.
He's single and gay.
Gay, gay, gay! Though he's damn good with female friends.
He loves his beat up truck
Loves his adorable Dog, Betsy
Likes to whittle on top of a hill looking out over the city.
Loves movies and stays to the end of the credits, because you go to respect everyone who put effort into the art form.

I sure did. I'm still a little iffy on it, but I reserved, just in case. I'm just waiting for the TDM to go up so I can see how well he does.

Too Many Characters, End me-- I mean help me?

Character: Saffron Larkspur (OC)
Canon: Guild Wars 2

Hey! You know that tree guy that's here? Saffron is another one of those! Unlike Traherne he's a second born Sylvari (basically a player character born after the first round of NPC/canon Sylvari) but like Traherne he's tired and so done with everything. He's soft spoken and while originally just sort of shy and unsure of himself he's been through some Shit (tm) and is now closer to a ball of barely coping anxiety. Weirdly he wound up under the Warrior class which he still doesn't understand but Wyld Hunts just be like that sometimes. Not that he's ever done anything with his. His story doesn't follow the Commander (player character) storyline so he really only knows of Traherne and the other First Born in passing.

I have a journal for him here, though the icons are out of date. This is my most recent screenshot of him.

(I also have a human named Illyana Ackermann that I have a journal for but her story is a lot closer to PC's so I went with Saffron as a possible over her.)

Character: King Richard of Windor
Canon: Tales of Graces f
Richard is a beautiful, beautiful man who went a little nuts for a while, but he's better now! Well except for that whole guilt thing about what he did, but details. He's a sweet guy, but he is also, y'know, a king so his ideas about how the general populace lives day to day might be a touch skewed.

Seriously, though, he's so pretty.


I also might miss Tales of Link a little too much...

Character: Link
Canon: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Twi is absolutely my favorite Link (though Wild comes in a very close second) and I do miss playing him.
Quiet soft farmboy who will also straight up murder a bitch if they endanger the people he cares about. The hero life might have chosen him but he jumped in with both feet and proceeded to help everyone in Hyrule he possibly could, some several times over.

Character: Lie Ren
Canon: RWBY
TBH this is a "I may have to wait for the next volume" character at the moment, but Ren is absolutely another one that I miss playing. ... I have no idea how I managed to stumble on to so many quiet good boys but here we are. Ren has actually had a lot of character development, though, and while he's still pretty quiet he's been trading his stoicism for more snark and some actual humor. He grew up with somewhat affluent parents but lost them at a very young age and for a long time only had his best friend and fellow orphan Nora at his side, so he takes a bit to warm up to new people. Once he does, though, he's incredibly loyal and keeps very strong bonds.

I've been catching up on RWBY today and was just thinking it'd be cool to have Ren in the game...he can join the Ren squad considering I'm pretty sure there's like. 3 characters named Ren already in the game, name confusion ahoy

YEAH honestly I didn't realise most of the fandom just called him Ren until I saw him around in RP...my guy here is one of the other Rens so if you tdm I will toss him at you for some "same hat" moments

That's great to hear that it's happening. I mean I'm sure we all agree that play whoever you most feel like playing but...! He is also the only one that I happen to be canon familiar with from your list and I obviously have a biased reason for voting him along with that... though I agree, Richard is very pretty... We seem to be having a fast growing RWBY cast here and we'll happily welcome more anytime, come make pancakes for everyone!
