True. At that point, those things were considered edgy, some of it romantic (Setsuna having to save Sara, for example), etc. Also, the fact it's meant to be a horror manga doesn't help. Not that I don't enjoy those topics to an extent, but 20 volumes of it. Never read or watch Earthian, but I do have a bit of the same weaknesses, and find those icons of yours very pretty.

maybe that's why i never got around to it, it always seemed an awful lot longer than kaori yuki's other works. i think the last series of theirs i read was godchild and may have looked up alice in murderland. but thank you! zone-00 has alot of pretty in it, but also has a lot of overlapping themes with demons rather than angels.

Godchild was a decent length, but not short. If you read that, I don't need to warn on the info-dumping and melodramatic dialogue. Alice in Murderland, from what little I heard, sounds hilarious, and Kaori Yuki typical. I am also good with demons.
