Desired CR: I WANT PEOPLE FOR HER TO SMOOCH!!!! But I also just want more friends for her? She's been a little lonely since her friend from home isn't here anymore. But seriously gimme a reason to RP smooches.
Future Plans: I want her to keep on getting comfortable with being openly feminine? A big thing for her in canon is that she struggles with feeling open with it even when she has freedom so I'm gonna keep on keeping on with that. I also want her to get into more fights / help people in her own way since she's not really a super cool supernatural fighter but boy does she try to be good still anyway.
Smut Preferences: KINK LIST; I am open to smut with her, but she is 17 so keep that in mind and that's why I'm also open to just smooches or hand holding or something.

One of his younger Hero pals has The Feminine Struggle, so Keith would probably see a lot of her in Makoto and be up for helping out. Whether he's actually helpful or not, though, that is another story entirely.
