Rosh you are an absolute delight and I am always so happy when we are able to do recordings together with Saku. It's a guaranteed good time.

I'm super, super glad that we're in a game together again and I'm so stoked to see all the plans you have for HK accepting themselves as a person because I know you're going to do it excellently. I've also become interested in FFXV and been wanting to find an LP but no LPers I follow have played it ~~weh~~.

As for becoming interested in FFXV... I'm so sorry. It's VERY long and cutscene heavy haha, and its story is admittedly dissatisfying for a lot of people. But the characters are really lovable, and if I come across a good LP I'll send it your way!!

Man, my knowledge of Final Fantasy as a whole is incredibly meager, but that might have been for the better because getting to know Ardyn through your threads has been an absolutely fascinating journey! You do so much to balance him being a villainous scuzzbag with him also being a three-dimensional character with a sympathetic past, he always feels incredibly nuanced and dynamic, and it's been so exciting watching our CR develop! Your writing also does a great job balancing the different aspects of him, and threading with you has always been a ton of fun!

Also, the contrast between Ardyn and the Hollow Knight is fascinating since you do both of them so well! Avi's CR with HK is really only getting started, but I'm really hype to see where that goes too ... someday he'll cotton on to HK being a Big Sad and will be much nicer to him, just you wait.

Ahhh Miru thank you so much! I'm glad I can do that with Ardyn; he's a fascinating character and definitely one of my favourite Final Fantasy villains, so I'm glad I seem to be doing him justice.

I love our CR very much, so thank you again for this!

I had no idea you played HK, too. (I'm canonblind when it comes to HK, which... in the end is no surprise because I'm canonblind still to FFXV in spite that I have the game.)

And haha I just apped THK last month! Hollow Knight is a lovely game and if you like Metroidvanias you’ll love it. FFXV is way longer and has its issues, but it drew me in. Even if you don’t play it I’m happy you’re enjoying how I play Ardyn!!

Oh my god, so we haven't really had any proper interactions in-game yet, but every time I read your Ardyn, I get chills because I can just hear Darin De Paul's voice in your tags. Just wanna say, keep it up!! And I hope to eventually cross paths with either of your characters in-game proper.

I still need to play Hollow Knight, but the short bit we did in the TDM at the tree was also cool with trying to understand a tall, silent bug person. Loved it!

Oh wow thank you so much. I try very hard to match Ardyn's speech mannerisms and try to imagine Darin De Paul reading his dialogue before I post, so this was great to hear.

I enjoyed our brief thread! We should definitely do more, whether more with THK or inflicting trash Jesus on Cloud!

Your HK is an absolute delight! His voice is easily distinguishable from anything else and I would've never guessed you also played Ardyn considering how they're so incredibly different. The voices are very distinct but not in a way that's forced; it's well-rounded and personable.
