THE QUESTIONS MEME

A first big 'n successful round of apps has concluded and the game is getting off to a roll - since there are always brains to be picked and new pals and acquaintances to be made, how's about we all play a little getting-to-know-you game?

HOW TO PLAY:

What is your favorite Final Fantasy game and who is your favorite character from that game?

Kingdom Hearts--

Final Fantasy IX! It's the one that got me hooked into the series and it's legitimately the game that I find myself measuring all other (fantasy specifically) JRPG's up against, or RPG's in general where applicable.

My favorite character is definitely Zidane, which maybe is a little cliche, but I enjoyed his character arc the most. He matures so much over the course of the game, but stays this fun loving scamp, and I friggin' love him. Also Blank, best supporting character, period.

Game play wise, however, that title goes to Eiko hands down. She saved my ass at the 11th hour with a surprise Phoenix summon while facing Necron. She's the reason I was able to beat the game (on maybe like, the 7th attempt of that fight but still). For young Koree who didn't even know that was a possible thing it immediately elevated her to Absolute Badass status.

OMG IT'S MY FAVORITE TOO though I have to say that it was Vivi that stole my heart in that one. I can't think of a character (outside of Zorn and Thorn) that I don't like in that game though. They're all so great!!

THEY ARE. Even Queen B won me over in the end. Z & T were freaky and creepy little shits though, agreed on them. THEY CAN GET IN A FIRE AND STAY THERE.

(Was I the only one shipping Bea and Steiner really hard by the end? THIS QUESTION IS IMPORTANT)

OMG you are definitely NOT the only Steiner/Bea shipper! My friend and I both ship them. It's wonderful!
