★ COOL PEOPLE to be friends with! Lobelia has been slowly making some connections and some pals while he's here, but friends are something I'm always open for. He's a congenial but slightly weird guy on the superficial level, but he loves conversation! He can easily make contact with anybody and I can be really flexible about where and how we meet! That said, he obviously has a dreadful history. He's currently staying true to his word that he won't do any further harm, at least when he has the agency, but it's forever a grey area. He's extremely polite and amiable, but he has a manipulative streak and says some pretty monstrous things.
★ OTHER BAD PEOPLE and/or other people with messed-up histories to also be friends with! Lobelia has a thing for the sound of things being broken and destroyed, and he's killed an absolute shitton of people. He doesn't feel like he has to go around blowing up everyone he meets any more, but he doesn't feel any guilt, either. I'd be really happy for him to maybe succumb to his passion for violent audio more during Sanguis, whether that's anything from getting into fights to guro to smut. :9 On that note...
★ ENEMIES for him to fail to be friends with! Extending what I said above, I'd also love for him to meet people who initially think well of him until he gives them reason not to. Lobelia's sort of emotionally unflappable and is very much of the opinion that anyone who gets pleasure from fighting really isn't any different to him. Even if he's loathed, he'd keep on being friendly and approaching, which makes him good for repeat CR where it'd otherwise make sense to avoid. Also for hatefucks.
★ MORE STUFF! If they've already met I'd really love for them to meet again, keep on developing things or try out new situations! I'm also really keen to get him moonlacing with people in all sorts of circumstances and ways.
Future Plans: I don't really have any committed plans! I want him to develop a little, but mostly I'm in it for a good time. :^) Smut Preferences:Conquelist. I like a thread or two of buildup, but if you do see anything you like there and want to make it a threading goal, I'm totally open to CR talk and plotting! No preference in any direction re: M/F or M/M, topping or bottoming, as long as the other character is 18+ in Prisma.

Just as an aside, this month he's getting exalted traits that make his voice compelling/potentially arousing, so if you'd prefer a less flustering first meeting they might wanna run into each other outside of Sanguis/Triple Moon. :}

Hello there! Been a while. I was wondering if Lobelia would be interested in some experimentation with pain with someone who is completely not used to being able to feel any at all. Noiz is going to be using some Potions of Pining to make his sense of pain actually work properly so he can learn stuff.

Is there any sort of pain experiment you lean towards, a preference for trauma and how they get there? Because he can hurt him a little bit or he can build up to hurting him a Lot and it's something I'm totally flexible about! C: just wanna do the thing you'll enjoy threading the most.
Also I mentioned with Catra too but during this month he's gonna have some exalted effects where his words are compelling/arousing during Sanguis, possibly something that makes people more impressionable in conversations with him, so if he'd like to avoid that, they can meet outside of Sanguis/Triple moon!
Sharp objects and burns are probably the two Noiz would lean toward. He has accelerated regeneration as a permed trait, so it would be easy to mess around with that sort of stuff without it causing irreparable damage.
The first Potion he's going to take will be on the 7th, but he has two others and I have no problem with saving this encounter for sometime later in the month, maybe Triple Moon if you wanted your dude affected however.
I can work with that! Lobelia could probably use his audiomancy in a slighter form, less blowing up and more splitting open for cut wounds.

I have angie (ofc) and this guy here who is a secret softie in a military general's old man half-metal body and I would love cr with whoever u think would work best...!! I'm p.canonblind to gbf but reading over his app/info, he sounds super interesting to bounce off of. both angie and james here are "hope for the best prepare for the worst" optimistic types, james a little less on the optimism with a buttload of trust issues, but they both have p.thorough understandings of war and the awful things done during them so they're pretty tolerant of Bad Shit.
angie in particular just likes to see people are doing all right and help them along/smooth out rough edges and idk if that'd be helpful or not, but...!! worth a shot right? and if for any reason she finds out abt his past actions/violent tendencies, she'd be significantly more wary but the more he comes around the more she'd (probably mistakenly) tell herself he wants/needs good people around and try to be that for him... a fool, but yk how it is with the goody two-shoes types. they're both quite intelligent and enjoy the finer things in life so I'm sure at least baseline friendships would work out!

Off the top of my head, Mercy definitely has reason to run into him for a couple of reasons! He was winged during the last event and got soundly thrashed by quite a few people, so a few visits to the clinic are to be expected. But in addition to that, Lobelia is gonna be down the clinic pretty regularly anyway getting "therapy" from Danny! (Really it's an excuse for Lobelia to enthusiastically talk about himself for an hour with someone who intrigues him, he'll pay good chroma for that...)
That said, old half-metal men are also extremely my jam too, so neither of them are safe in the future! I welcome more CR with positive influences like that... people who think 'well this guy has clearly done genuinely dreadful things but he's safer when someone keeps an eye on him...' And for his part, kind and obliging people are a natural draw. :')

james definitely needs more friends in general and can be found at a lot of upscale locales for coffee/drinks/etc and if any sort of memory share event rolls around again, he can see james getting ripped apart by big shadowy monsters!! 🙃 he's completely bisected right>left so he has a metal right side, arm & leg & torso fittings, but he's largely quite gentlemanly and enjoys other people speaking about themselves; he's a bit more high & mighty than angie when it comes to justice/evil/etc (he literally named his two guns Due Process I hate him) so it'd be interesting to see how things work out with darker threads! but it sounds like on the surface they'd get on great to start and james is quick to latch onto people/stay loyal unless outright betrayed/lied to, which is his biggest dealbreaker.
I'm sure they'd both have interesting convos and unique dynamics! ♥ I have some general moon prompts for the both of them but we could def do a post-event clinic thing with angie & lobelia if that works for you! I could write a start where danny maybe stepped out for supplies or hasn't arrived yet in the morning so she can see to his injuries?
Awh yes, I'm definitely up to meet James in the future for sure! (And if we get any sort of memory share then Lobelia will gladly cream his fuckin jorts watching him getting eviscerated, that'd be fantastic.) The potential there sounds great, especially since the connection of bio and mechanical is something Lobelia's shown visceral interest in since he arrived. :^) Lobelia lies when it suits him, but mostly since arriving in Prismatica, sooner or later, he likes to tell everyone everything, because he's very Proud of himself. But he is quite carefully curating things here in Prismatica so that the people who don't want him to get in trouble don't see or hear about him getting in trouble, so there's a bit of careful omission going on.
